So i am sending my macbook into apple to replace my topcase (mouse button problems) and my keyboard (screwy keys).

Apple is suppose to send me a box to send it back to them i think today? I called yesterday.

Anyways, how long does this turn around process take? Anyone get their top case replaced? I'm thinking it's gonna be the same turn around time...

I called on monday about random shutdowns and the palmrest, they had a box to me tuesday morning and had it back to me thursday morning. So pretty darn quick turnaround.

Just be careful as they botched my repair and now its going back a second time. I would take pictures of the whole outside. I did they didnt' ask for proof that they scratched it up but its nice to have them just in case. I also took pictures of their botched repair work too before mailing it off yesterday.
