Under the Radio tab is anyone else missing the explore Beats 1 section? I only see what show is on at that moment. ( it doesn't refresh either unless I force quit and relaunch) and under that View All Stations. But no explore Beats 1.

Welcome to beta 1 of a brand new version of iOS. Where it's common for things to not be fully complete or finished. Especially when they are going through a redesign like the Music app currently is.
But yes, it's missing because it's not finished and not because you may have an issue or bug with yours (if that's what you may have thought.)
