I'm looking to capture or export a single frame or shot of a video to use as a reference for a graphic image I want to create. The video I have is hi quality (2gb 30 minutes), is there a way to do this where the finished imaged will be better than how I view the video on screen?
And if so, do I need a specialist piece of software? I usually use VLC to view stuff which has the slow frame-by-frame viewing option which is handy for isolating a frame.
