ExpressCard CompactFlash adapter?

On the old notebook I had a CardBust CF adapter that I kept in my PC Card slot all the time, basically giving me a built-in CF reader. I've been looking for an ExpressCard version but can't find one. The /34 size seems a little tight, so I'm not sure if it's even possible.

Anyone? Thanks! :)
