I have an external Firewire harddrive that I want to partition... One for a boot drive for my ibook and complete back up... the second partition is for storing files that i share with my PC and Ibook... is this possible?
I tried partitioning the drive on my ibook using disk utility, but then my pc won't recognize the partitioned drives...
I tried partitioning the drive on my pc... and using FAT32 format on one of te partitions... but i can't create a boot drive with that....
any suggestions.. or info???
