iPhone X Face ID and True Tone not working on IPhone X

So, I bought this used iPhone X from my uncle, and I remember it used to have Face ID but True Tone was failing because it was already a changed screen, and now months later Face ID is not working and I think he broke the screen and got it fixed again, so I’m wondering what can I do to get Face ID and True Tone back,and is it posible to do it, and how? Thanks

Apple is the only one that can fix FaceID. I doubt it's worth the money to repair it...

Yeah the Apple repair is still US$549 and there’s no WAY that’s worth it for an iPhone X.
