Hey everyone, this issue is throwing me for a loop. My grandmother currently has an iPhone X and since upgrading her phone to 13.5.1 she's been complaining that the Face ID lock will continue to spin over and over again. It's not only happening when she unlocks the phone, but when trying to open apps that use Face ID like her bank.
I have tried rebooting, re-enrolling her face, reinstalling iOS without a restore and am currently in the process of a DFU mode restore. Anyone else having this problem? It's really bothersome. My Xs Max is fine and I haven't heard of anyone else having the same problem.
