Face Time Camera Opening Unexpectedly

Anyone having an issue with FaceTime Camera window opening unexpectedly on startup?

Occasionally after turning on my 5k iMac the FaceTime Camera opens unexpectedly.

I wiped my system and installed MacOS Mojave from a flash drive. So it could not be an issue with previously installed software. Never had this issue with MacOS High Sierra.
