The Facebook Integration option "Get Profile Photos" -> "Update Contacts" does not work. The small circle remains empty, and my contacts are never updated. Is anyone else having this problem?

Fixed it by completing these steps:
1. Completely log out of iCloud
2. Delete all Internet Accounts
3. Turn iCloud Back on
4. Add Internet Accounts

Ugh. Doesn't work anymore.

The Calendar app started complaining that the password is incorrect. So I created a new application specific password, entered it in, and boom, Calendar and Contacts became happy again. However, the "Update Profile Photos" button has stopped working, again!

Workaround:
Instead of entering an app-specific password, enter a 30 Second Authentication Code. (If that doesn't work, enter your regular Facebook password first, it will get rejected, then enter the Auth code).

(This is only necessary if your Facebook account is set up to use Two-Factor Auth).

The workaround doesn't stick. However, I've figured it out. The problem lies with Facebook's Two-Factor Authentication system. I turned it off, created a new App-Specific Password, entered it in, turned Two-Factor back on, and voilà! Everything's now working as it should.
