I get a message on Messenger, if I read it on my Mac Mini or Macbook Pro, the notification will not go away on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

For comparison, If I get a SMS or an email, the notification will vanish on my iPhone if read on my Mac Mini/Macbook Pro.
Any way I can make it do that with Messenger as well?

There's an API for removing notifications that are delivered - https://developer.apple.com/documen...emovedeliverednotifications(withidentifiers:)

Basically Messenger would have to "notice" on another device that the message was read, then send an update to your phone to remove the notification. This is not mandatory so stands to reason that some apps have implemented it and others haven't. There isn't anything you can do about it, apart from make a suggestion to Facebook to add this feature.
