Since we all moved to mobile devices and we got rid of the landline, there is one concern I want to resolve.
My daughter (7) has the old iPad but no phone, in case of an emergency she will have no option to communicate outside the house. So I had the idea to add a FaceTime (audio) shortcut to the homescreen to call mom or dad
I'm aware of the Safari URL FaceTime://xxxxxx, but how to add it to the homescreen so it will be a one-button-press action just in case. In my opinion she is too young to have her own iPhone.
Is there a smart way to do it or a app?
