When I call a specific person from my list using Facetime I can only click in the name, to call for her and if she replies it's in video mode.

However the Facetime/Audio icons are greyed out. Only for this specific person.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

I can't click in the above icons to call her.

I already looked at that person's phone and this isn't some sort of block. Maybe it's related to the Apple-ID or some Facetime configuration I am not aware?

I solved this mystery: turns out I had this contact added without informing the country + area codes before the number

For example, say the whole number is

+40 (country code) 77 (area code) 9 8023 4322

This specific contact in Facetime was listed that way:

9 8023 4322

That's why the icons were greyed out... once I edited the contact details the issue was fixed.

This happens when the user added their number including the country code. I added the country code to one of my contacts and it's now un-greyed.
