Apple Music Family share and Apple music student subscription question.

So my spouse wants to get apple fitness plus for the year, and wants to share it. She has spotify, and has no interest in getting with apple music. Whereas I have apple music through my university, so at the student rate. My question is will I lose my apple music student subscription if I join her family sharing? I basically just want to have access to fitness +.
