I added my brother to my Family sharing and he uses his Android to watch AppleTV on the web @ tv.apple.com.
He can see my previously purchased movies and TV shows as well. I see that I'm sharing my purchases with my family in my iOS devices' Settings. When I click on his name, his sharing is turned off. How does he turn his sharing on from a PC or Android? Is this in an Apple ID website, in the TV website? I'm usually pretty good with finding this stuff but having never had to think about Android, I'm stumped.
