MBP 1,1-10,2 Fan noise MacBook Pro 2012 Retina 13"

After replacing the battery in my MacBook Pro 2012 Retina 13", I have noticed a fan noise almost every time the fan starts. See video the attached video. I then opened the MacBook Pro again but could not spot anything out of place and I was able to turn the fans fine without feeling any kind of resistance. Does anyone have a similar problem or does someone have any tips to fix this?

Does it go away after a few minutes? It sounds like it might be a fan bearing noise, but if it goes away it just means they need to warm up.
