Fan Problem

No I haven't, I took it to my local AASP and they changed the logic board
and it still hasn't fixed the problem. they also had to change the hard drive
it failed the diaonostic test they ran on it. the fans still come on at max
intermittently, even when no apps are running

My wife has a 17" 1.8 (first generation) and the fans are annoying. The only way to turn them off is putting it to sleep
The warranty expires this 26'th of December... i guess I'll have to take it in today or suffer for ever
She avoids using it just because of the noise
