I have a Mini at work that I'm preparing as an office machine: answering machine, fax receiving/sending.
There appears to be a serious obstacle to my plans: Mini running OS X 10.3.8 can only receive ONE page at a time. Apple's Tech Support is aware of the issue but at the moment engineers are clueless about the cause.
I don't mind buying software if this is software issue but Apple is unable to determine what really causes the problem.
Has anyone experienced that? Any help is truly appreciated.

From my own research looks like the modem chip inside mini is a piece of @#$%. The problems I'm experienced are due to the hardware issue.
