Hello.
"Intervals_E849A17E-CB79-5BB1-B4BB-44A18F782DAA.plist" file appears all time in the ~/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter folder.

The file appears at different points in time, and everytime when I'm trying to turn off the computer: I delete the file, select the shutdown item in the system menu, and I see that the file has reappeared. I cancel shutdown, delete the file, click on shutdown and see the file again.

The file mentions, for example, an extension for Safari that I installed and already removed:

<array>
<string>MasAppRecord</string>
<string>AdBlock One</string>
<string>com.trendmicro.adblockone</string>
<string>1128</string>
<string>1.4.0</string>
<integer>66</integer>
<integer>57</integer>
<integer>4</integer>
<integer>0</integer>
<integer>1</integer>
<integer>6</integer>
<integer>1</integer>
<integer>66</integer>
<string>1491889901</string>
<string>839583222</string>
</array>
I created a new user and everything repeated in his session (except file content).
What is this file, and how normal is this system behavior?
