iPad File Sharing (iTunes) does not see Local Folders (on My iPad)

Hello !

Thanks to iPadOS 13, I am now able to create folders on my iPad and to copy files from USB keys, XQD card readers, ... into these folders (yeah !!!). I was expecting to see these folders on iTunes (MacBook Pro with Mojave) with File Sharing tab ... but unfortunately, this is not the case ... Do I miss something ?
