Final Cut Pro-Language question

I am a new user of Final Cut Pro. I wonder if anyone out there can help me with a Final Cut Pro HD (version 4.5) question. I need to create text/captions in Chinese, Ukrainian and Spanish. From what I understand my G-5 Dual Processor has the fonts available but I need to tell Final cut where they are. This is my problem, how do I do this? The only font choices I see in the text generator are the standard fonts I have available for all my apple programs. Can any one out there help me? I am currently suing OS 10.3
