iPhone 12 Pro Max Find my app not working?

Has anyone else had this issue? Works fine for my devices and works for my partner on her iPhone XS but since getting my 12 pro max last week doesn’t work. Had to ask apple to look in to it as I’ve tried everything after looking in to it online.... when I press a name for someone to find it does this; and when I ask to follow location no invite gets sent or received my end. Thanks
