So is it true the watch knows where your car is based on the last location of Carplay connection?

Yes. Mine shows up in the compass app.

Yep! One of my favorite features. Whenever I get blackout drunk and need to find my car, Apple’s there for me.

I go to a lot of concerts, games, etc. It’s nice to have something that is better than hitting my alarm button to try and find it.

I might be wrong but I thought it even worked with a BT connection to your car.
From the phone go to Settings, Maps, and scroll down to Show Parked Location.

I had thought it only worked with Bluetooth. I’ll have to try CarPlay for this next time.

When I open find my car app on the watch, it shows blank screen. I have to palm it and reopen it and it will work normally with the gray circle and fan.
