Finder + see how much disk space left?

On 10.6 I could see how much disk space where left within Finder.

Can you see it in 10.7 finder?

Now I have to start resource monitor to see how much disk space I have left.

How are you viewing it?

I'm imaging the OP was right-clicking on Macintosh HD and doing Get Info, but Finder in Lion doesn't show Macintosh HD easily anymore.

Hmm, did you do a clean install? It doesn't show (by default) on my desktop, but I see where I can enable that.

Change Finder Setting

Finder>Preference ...
Check 'Hard Disk' under show these items on Desktop.

Then if you want them to show up in finder, just drag that disk image from desktop to finder side bar.

If you only want it in the Finder sidebar you can go to Finder > preferences, sidebar, check hard disks near the bottom.
