Anyone else is having issues with Firefox installation? When trying to open installed Firefox the message says that Firefox is damaged and cannot be open.

Then - (if you MUST have Firefox) download again from the download site.
The only version that I use now is the FirefoxDeveloperEdition, which is labeled as an alpha version. Works great on 10.11

Then you should be able to get that to work by:
Downloading a fresh copy.
Launch it the first time by right clicking on the Firefox app, and choosing Open from the menu.
It may warn you that the app is not from an unidentified developer, but you click Open anyway.

The support page you provided link to clearly states - If app is changed/altered by someone other than the developer then the "New App is damaged and can't be open" will pop up regardless of GateKeeper settings

Then disable it first, download a fresh copy...

Why is it so difficult for you to just try it...?
