I am thinking of buying on in Dec/Jan were can I find one?

What? You want to know where you can find a Mini four months from now? Are you serious? Why don't you start with Apple's web site. Or Amazon. Or eBay Or a half million other places.

No I meant I am thinking of buying a first edition intel mac mini (the older version not the new one that came out this month.)

Ah ok. Sorry for the misunderstanding. eBay would work, or the Apple refurb store. But they're not that much cheaper than the new ones.

Do you think by Jan 2007 they will be cheaper? Like I am going to be trading in my emac for around 250.00 through this online place...

I know the intel mac mini will not come down. I ment I am getting 250.00 for my emac trade in and I pay 300.00 more.

Our University discounted the rev A intel mini 10%. The 1.66 Gh min is $649. The rev B is $579 (same processor) and has a smaller hard drive and lacks a super drive. Not sure if thats worth an extra $70.
