iPhone 15 Pro First preorder question

Hello I’m new here. I made my first pre-order for collection.

I got the phone and a plug for collection.
I got a message from the bank saying Apple took £19 from my bank. Is this correct as the total was over £1250 so why did I only get charged £19 instantly.

The plug is also ready for collection as of 10 minutes ago but my phone isn’t and the plug says collect by 22nd which is release day so can I pick it up on the 22nd with the phone?

You probably got charged the £19 because it’s available now. You’ll get charged for the phone when it’s ready for pick up on the 22nd.

Thanks I’m just panicking like mad with it being my first time and as the phone says processing I thought they’ll of at least charged me for it

Also is their a separate queue for pre-orders?
