I have and iPhone XS on ios 13, a MacBook Pro 2012 13” with Catalina and an iPad mini 3 with iOS 12 and i cant get reminders to work, please help

Its all a mess - you need to have your iPad on iOS13 (if it can) to come in line with Catalina and your phone for it all to work.
