So, if you film a video in any frame rate on an iPhone 13 Pro or higher, export it to 23 fps, it always has a flickering. If you film a video on a RED camera, it doesn't have the flickering. What is it that's on a RED camera that keeps it from flickering? Why does a RED camera look so smooth in 23fps compared to an iPhone when they're both filmed in the same frame rate? There are bloggers who say they film with their iPhone and their videos don't have this flickering like I do when I film. Maybe this is an effect in Final Cut Pro that makes the video look smooth? I hope this make sense. In the attached link, you'll see that the iPhone version as a flickering but the RED camera does not.
