Several times a week I'm getting prompts to sign in to iCloud again. Not just that, but I get prompted for passwords/pins for all of my devices.
1) Is this a new thing with the latest OS?
2) Is there a way to stop this crap?
3) WHY do I have to enter info for my Mac, iphone, iPads, etc..? Is that a scam?

Are the prompts coming from the operating system or do the prompts appear when a web browser is running? Can you screen capture such prompts and post?

Are you on Sonoma? Anyway, whatever, you need to sign OUT from Apple. Go to System Settings and at the top of the LH List Sign Out with your Apple ID. If they've got any kind of handle on you, they'll hassle you like this at every available moment. Disconnect, totally. That's my advice. :)

Straight from the OS. It mentions iCloud, then prompts for my Apple ID, then my Mac password, then iphone passcode, etc... I just don't understand why I need to go through this crap 3+ times per week. Wnblows is bad but at least I don't have to give out passwords for every windows device I own several times a week.
