I stumbled across the FrogPad the other day and ordered two of them - a lefty and a righty - and they arrived today. I've been trying out the right-hand one and find it pretty easy to get used to and I think it will do the job for me.
For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, here's the link to their site
I've had a pretty useless right shoulder for several years and often can barely lift my right arm so I need something that eases the strain. A one handed keyboard will solve that problem.
