Have a problem my powerbook g4 867 frooze and i had to shut it down. Well it boots back up at an unreal slow speed. I can get to the accounts and type in my user name and my password.

After some time the account comes up and the icons start poping up like normal but slow. then all of a sudden it logs me out.. everytime i try to log in it lets me but soon as its done loading everything it just logs off...

any ideas???

Thanks

Matt

Try running fsck. Do you have the OS install disks? It'd be interesting to see if you can start form them trouble free (hold down C when booting up with them in the drive). :)
