gap between screen and case and light showing

i got my lapton screen replaced today by a third party and theres a gap between the screen and case and there's light coming through the gap. I messaged the guy who replaced it and he said it was normal and not to worry. Im just worried the gap is gonna get bigger or particles are going to go through it overtime . macbook air 2020 m1.

It's not normal. You should worry. Or get your repair person to fix the issue.
