When I play music via USB cable in my Nissan Rogue, it sounds all staticy and garbled. Verified the same behavior on both iPhone XR and iPhone 11 pro running iOS 13. Bluetooth music sounds fine.

Maybe it’s a cable issue. I was trying out my new phone, 11 Pro, in my Rogue, USB cable yesterday with no issues.

I tried multiple cables. I guess my Rogue could be broken. I will try an older iOS with one of my ancient iPhones.

Nope - it’s definitely iOS 13 that is acting funny with my 2016 Rogue. My ancient iPhone 7 running iOS 11.4.1 works fine.

I’m having the exact issue too, tried 3 different USB cords, unfortunately, my car doesn’t connect to my phone’s music via Bluetooth. It works fine if I use an AUX cable

I am happy to report that this issue is fixed for me in iOS 13.1. I am back to using my USB cable in my 2016 Nissan Rogue.
