Gave dad old 14 pro max and keychain passwords showed in his phone

I hit erase all button but when it erased he logged into his new iPhone with his iCloud account and my passwords showed up in his account. How did that Happen ? My devices show i only have my Mac and iPhone but not the one I have him. No family sharing either

No way of really knowing without being there. Obviously your passwords should not show up so it was either user error or you should report it to Apple so they can look into it.
