hello.
i am new to geektool and just want a simple thing that shows the top CPU/Memory using apps at the moment. like in activity monitor.

i have found sites that show the code to do this but they never work (i use other codes in shells that do work so i know i am pasting in the right field).

here is an example of one that doesnt work for me:
top -orsize -FR -l2 | grep '^....[1234567890|PID] ' | grep -v ' 0.0% ..:' | cut -c 1-24,33-42,64-77 | sed "1 d"

this came from this site but just comes up blank when i try it. any suggestions?

osx 10.8.2
