Genie effect stalls

got a black macbook a couple of weeks ago, and the genie effect stalls every once in a while, i click a window on the dock that i minimized and it stalls, then just comes up on the screen (rather than always doing genie effect). anyone know what is causing this?

It seems pretty inherent in most of the MacBooks I've seen. I think it's just a result of their weak graphics power and OSX prioritising where that power should be used. It's nothing really to worry about though.
