Get data from android

Hi,

So i set up my iPhone as a new phone instead of get data from Android. I didn't do the get data from android because it was lagging and i had to restart the phone to generate the new code.
Anyways now my device is setup as a new iPhone and i still want to get the data from my android. How do i go about doing that. Thanks
