So I recently discovered a weird... Bug? I hope it's a bug. When you copy and paste a gif into messages on iPhone and sent it to someone else, the gif sends in the full original quality. However it turns out that if you sent a gif message through Messages on the Mac, it sends it in a dramatically lower quality - it becomes really blurry. What makes this really hard to notice is that on the Mac itself, the gif shows fine - it looks exactly like the original. However if you then grab your iPhone and check the message thread, you'll see that on iPhone for you and the recipient as well, it looks dramatically reduced in quality.
Can anyone reproduce this problem and does anybody know a possible fix?
