iPhone 11 Gmail Notification sound???

While all the other notification sounds are loud, the Gmail sound is much lower. Has anyone noticed that?
Is there anyway to increase the gmail sound? or even change the sound?

Having recently come from Android and being able to make this whatever sound I want is really annoying. Luckily I haven't missed an important email yet. I'm half tempted to see how the stock mail app works.

I'm pretty sure there's still no way to do it without being jailbroken and actually replacing the sound file.
