For everyone who's owned most of the iPods that have come out, if you still have the slip case from the video, and the holster from the 4th gen, you have a great makeshift case for the Touch...
Turn the slip case inside out, put the touch in the slip case, now slip all that into the holster. It's reasonably tight and secure, it's protective, and it's even branded iPod!
