GoPro Hero 8 vs MAX

Well, I sold my DJI Osmo Pocket to buy either Hero 8 or MAX. But Im still struggling about which one to buy. Basically, I just need a small video cam for personal uses, video behind the scene, on camera, and more.

I wish to have both since they are totally different cameras. But I wanted to ask which one would be a great choice to buy first?

If you’re at all interested in 360° video, get the MAX. Otherwise the hero has higher frame rates, HDR, can record in RAW, and is $100 cheaper

Why did you sell the Osmo pocket? Why not the osmo action?
