Am I supposed to be seeing commercials on Hulu with the combined Disney+ & Hulu AppleTV subscription? I don't have them on any other subscriptions I purchased.

Hulu has two tiers. One with ads, and one with almost no ads. You can check which one you subscribe to by logging into the Hulu website in a browser and accessing your account information.
Depends on which bundle you have. The $12.99/month bundle includes Hulu with ads, the $18.99 bundle has the no-ad version.
