Graphite PM G4

Hey guys, I’m new here! I have several Macs, and I’ve been learning as I go over the past few months. I recently purchased three powermacs, a graphite, quicksilver and MDD. None are currently functioning, but the graphite came to me the closest. It powers on and chimes weakly, but the monitor stays in sleep mode. It’s registering something is plugged in but no picture. I have a SSD with an adapter in it, I’ve tried the GPUs from the other macs, but they’re either all bad or incompatible. I’ve replaced the PRAM battery, and tried different monitors. I made a boot disc, but that didn’t nothing. Idk if it’s cause the disc is unreadable by the mac, it’s a dual layer dvd, but it has the blue tinted disc face. My next move is to order another GPU, but I want to know if anyone has any other suggestions or can help me pick a GPU
