MP All Models gtx680 in mac pro

I flashed my ASUS gtx 680. Now the DVI connection does not work in osx mojave, but the HDMI works. Both work at osx hig sierra. What can I do to make the DVI connection work in mojave and catalina.

if you flash back the original Bios does the DVI Port work again in Mojave and Catalina?

how do you run Catalina?

is that a reference card with 2 DVI Ports?
