Guest account will not turn off.

OK so I was bored other day at home so decided to play with box of bits I won from ebay a while back.
Paid £0.99 plus £5 shipping for 1 and half A1181 MacBooks in bits.

Well got a working unit from the bits.

I installed all updates and when I did the 2004-2014 update the guys account turned on, and shows when it boots.

So I go to preferences and turn off guys account.
it still there!
turn on then off root access, still there.

How do I turn off the guys account please.
not big issue just annoys me.

I plan pass this unit onto a friend so I want sort the issue out first.
