GuestPC: Virtual PC Competitor?

I wonder if anybody had a chance to try recently released GuestPC emulator (http://www.lismoresystems.com/index.html)?

I heard about company before (they had PC emulator before, forgot the name) so I am interested how this compares with VirtualPC in terms of performance and compatibility?

Interesting, but what is this emulator based on, i.e. is it QEMU or another repackaged version of Bochs?
