Forgive me if there is a better solution, if there is I am not aware of it.
I came up with this out of curiosity.

1. Get the app Goodreader for iPad for 99 cents.
2. Locate the iTunes LP on your computers hard drive, copy the entire album folder including the songs to your desktop and .zip it.
3. Open Goodreader on your iPad and tap the wifi icon, follow the instructions for transferring the .zip iTunes LP to your iPad. Or transfer using any other methods available.
4. Unzip the iTunes LP, navigate to the index.html file and launch it. This is your iTunes LP feature.

You should be able to view lyrics, photos and liner notes now.

I havent figured out how to use the LP feature to actually launch the songs and videos but you should be able to launch each file individually via the file system (it works for me). I am guessing this is a limitation of my very limited html knowledge and inability so far as to find out where exactly, if at all, the song files could be moved to within the file system. Or it could be a limitation of the Goodreader app on executing the html properly.

I'm sure someone here can figure out the rest, please post if you do!
Also assuming the same can be done for iTunes Extras.
