General Had to update to 12.1.1 for Apple Watch 4 pairing. Need a solution for EU Volume Limit

I was on iOS 9.3.3 Semi-Untethered Jailbreak and had to update to 12.1.1 because I got an Apple Watch Series 4.

The only thing that I miss so much on my iPhone 6s Plus is disabling EU Volume Limit which needed a jailbreak to be done. With stock iOS, the headphones volume is so low it is unusable for me at all.

Is there any way to raise the volume for headphones without a jailbreak? a tweak or an app maybe?
