Handoff Not Working

Not sure which sub forum to put this in but since the iPhone is the mother ship...

For some reason handoff stopped working on all my devices. iPhone XS with 12.4, 2018 iPad Pro 11 with 12.4, 2018 MacBook Pro 15 with yesterday’s Mojave update, Apple Watch S4 with 5.3.

Anyone know of a fix? Thanks.
