Apps Handwashing app did not work

So I washed my hands for first time with watch on. No reaction, nothing.

You have to turn it on in Settings -> Handwashing.

Also, it takes like 5 seconds to show up when you start washing, so it really only counts down from 15.

And the end haptic isn't nearly prominent enough, but I digress...

Yes I had done this. If haptic was not functioning enough I saw no timer, no sign of that function.

I find it hit and miss sometimes, majority of the time it does work.
